Center Colour: Bleach, Haikyuu!!, PSI Kusuo Saiki
Absent: Hunter × Hunter

Boku no Hero Academia is from the Barrage mangaka and is based on a 6-year-old one-shot. The plot is summarized as follows by ANN:

The story is set in the modern day, except people with special powers have become commonplace throughout the world. A boy named Izuku Midoriya has no powers, but he still dreams.

Sounds like Iris Zero with a non-pessimistic protagonist to me, but time will tell.
