This issue includes an interview with Kishimoto and his first editor, about how he first started out. The same interview is in the December issue of Jump SQ. (which released in November – Jump SQ. is weird).

This week’s Nihongo Lesson is about Ageha. Specifically, the protagonist’s name (Ageha Hanazono) and “iinazuke”. Note that looking up what that second thing means spoils the end of chapter 1.

Speaking of Ageha, I have to say that it certainly lives up to chapter 1’s title (“Table Tennis is Cool”).
